• Generate solar energy customer leads to develop new accounts.
• Gather information from prospective customers to identify their solar energy needs.
• Provide technical information about solar power, solar systems, equipment, and services to potential customers or dealers.
• Provide customers with information such as quotes, orders, sales, shipping, warranties, credit, funding options, incentives, and tax rebates.
• Reach out to homeowners and commercial/industrial customers to generate leads of active, interested prospects for Solar PV power plants.
• Conduct the first level of meetings to explain everything about solar, the company, and our pricing, T&Cs, etc.
• Ensure thorough follow-up, documentation, and detailed discussions with prospective customers.
• Ensure daily reporting of meetings, their status, and next steps.

A: Core Tasks

• Preparation of PI / Tax invoice.
• Bank Reconciliation (Business + Individual).
• Working & Filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, PTRC & PTEC Returns (Monthly/Annually).
• Submission of Final data to CA for Income Tax.
• Maintaining daily and monthly expenses.
• Working of Attendance and Salary Sheet.

B: Support to Solar EPC

• Preparation of solar costing/quotation & Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Maintaining Solar Project Expenses.
• Preparation and uploading documents on Government portals.

C: Support to Solar Trading

• Maintaining Excel records of Solar Module sales and purchases separately.
• Preparation of DCR Certificate for B2B and B2C customers.
• Keeping updates regarding market prices of solar BOS, Modules, and Inverters.
• Follow up with clients regarding project and panel enquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliances.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
